preliminary plans
Following the successful completion of concept plans, preliminary plans are developed which include greater details sufficient for obtaining a building quotation. The extent of details include dimensioned site and floor plans and all external elevations. A 3D image can also be provided upon request, to assist in determining the aesthetic style and treatment of your project.
detailed construction plans
After the client is completely satisfied with the design and details of the preliminary plans, we can proceed with the detailed construction plans. These will detail the Site Plan, Floor Plan, Elevations, Slab Setout or Floor Framing, Bracing & Lintels, Detail Section or Sections, Roof Drainage Plan and Energy Efficiency reports. These are architectural working drawings for construction purposes.
