contract administration
The building process can sometimes be very daunting and time consuming, and we can assist clients by offering our services to administer and oversee the construction process. We liaise with the builder to ensure quality assurance is maintained and to reinforce the building contract specifications. We will keep you informed of progress and also contact you when important decisions need to be made. We can also provide consultation with other professionals such as surveyors, engineers and interior designers as/if required.

An initial design is developed based on a client's brief and reflects the necessary site constraints and services. Designing is a process, and client feedback at this stage is very important, so that variations can be made to ensure that the layout, inclusions, room sizes and aspect/orientation satisfy the client's needs.
