contour surveys
Prior to commencing a new design a contour survey is often sought and this can be provided in house. This will give an accurate and true representation of the gradients of your site, identify existing services which may impact any design proposal and remains an important part of the initial design process. It also assists your builder to more accurately allow for any costs associated with retaining walls, levelling and/or filling of soil prior to construction.
