client consultation
‘No obligation' consultation: Following on from your initial enquiry, and before the design phase proceeds, an onsite or in-house consultation (fees are applicable) can be arranged where discussions and advice relating to any project requirements can be addressed. Issues like project feasibility, suitability of your chosen site, planning rules or requirements and approximate project completion timeframes can be determined. A ‘No Obligation' consultation may assist in deciding whether your proposed project proceeds based on its viability both practically and economically. Should the project proceed further, the applicable consultation fees are deducted from our final design fees.
Pre design consultation: A pre design consultation (fees are applicable) between a designer and client may be necessary if the initial ‘No Obligation' consultation hasn't taken place. A pre design consultation will allow one of our designers to offer advice, evaluate and discuss a client's needs, budget allowance, approximate building cost & design and construction requirements before any design documents are commenced. We understand that getting the design and detail right is very important, and every design is developed to suit the individual needs and lifestyle of each client.
