development applications
For certain types of developments, an application may need to be submitted to obtain a development permit. Development applications need to be submitted using IDAS forms along with a planning report, site photos and preliminary architectural and engineering plans. On behalf of our clients, we can attend to the preparation and submission of such, including any of the necessary consultations with all other relevant professionals such as engineers, surveyors and planners, which may be required.
